Advantages:

Дом находится вдалеке от шума и гама, никто не мешает спать, спокойно. Очень адекватные и приятные хозяева с замечательными детками и животными, на все просьбы реагировали молниеносно

Disadvantages:

Вода ужасно пахнет сероводородом, к этому не каждый может привыкнуть (но, возможно, в Голубицкой везде так);, территории, как таковой пока нет, машина стоит хоть и под окнами, но у дороги на открытой территории, как и бассейн. Но, надеюсь, после окончания строительства появится забор и огороженная территория)
