Двухкомнатные апартаменты с кухней представляют собой самостоятельную часть индивидуального жилого дома с отдельным входом, имеется балкон, состоят из двух раздельных комнат, кухни, санузла, предназначены для проживания 5-6 человек. До центрального пляжа (600 метров, что занимает около 10-15 минут неспешным шагом). Рядом имеется столовая, магазин, рынок, до Магнита 20 минут. На пляже много развлечений, кафе, столовых. На территории имеется беседка, мангал, парковка, детская площадка, сезонный бассейн (с 1 июня до 15 сентября). Размещение возможно с детьми любого возраста. Размещение с домашними животными до 7 кг по предварительной договоренности, за отдельную плату.

Advantages:

Очень приятная хозяйка. Мы у Татьяны взяли домашние блинчики с мясом и творогом. Очень вкусные. Нашему двухлетнему сыну пришелся по вкусу омлетик из домашних яиц, которые мы приобрели так же у Татьяны. В день нашего приезда потёк кран на кухне. Очень оперативно устранили течь. Мы были почти 10 дней, так за это время даже поменяли бельё. Очень хорошая территория. И для детей есть развлечения.

Disadvantages:

Батарейки в часы поставить)))
