Уборная с душевой кабиной, водонагреватель. На втором этаже две отдельные комнаты. Кухня расположена на открытой террасе, в ней есть все необходимое для приготовления и приема пищи.
Во двое качели и горка для детишек. Мангальная зона. До моря прогулочным шагом 2 минуты. Парковочное место возле ворот или на организованной парковке. Допускается доп место, рассчитывается отдельно.
