Двух этажный дом, на первом этаже: кухня, гостиная, санузел с душевой кабиной, лестница на второй этаж.
На втором этаже: санузел, две изолированные спальни в каждой двухспальная кровать и односпальные кресла кровати.
Во дворе: бассейн круглый, глубокий (не лягушатник), беседка для приема пищи, мангальная зона, беседка с лежаками, подвесная качеля.
